I feel dead inside. I finished Paper Towns by John Green a few days ago and must say I am quite impressed. This is the first John Green book I have read and I absolutely loved it. For those 2 or 3 days of reading his amazing masterpiece I was in a totally different world of adventure, mystery, and slight romance. Now that I am done with the book and out of the world it created I am dead.
This book is about Quentin, a senior in high school, who has a boring life with a routine he much enjoys. Quentin, or Q, has a confusing relationship with the mysterious Margo Roth Spiegelman. One night Margo randomly shows up in Q's window needing a getaway driver for an 11 part adventure. But the next day when Margo disappears Q is sent on a crazy chase to find the one he possibly loves.
YOU! The one reading this currently! Go out and borrow this book, no BUY this book, and sit in your own little corner of the world and read until you can't read any longer. Don't stop until your done. After that, once the movie comes out, WATCH THE MOVIE. Soak up as much of this book as possible because it is too good to miss. But seriously I do advice that you read this book because it is so well written and the book will bring you to different worlds and help you forget the chaos around you for a minute.

We were Liars by E. Lockhart was so well written and was a beautiful story. But truthfully I don't know if it was worth the read. Even looking at the book cover makes me sad because overall it's just a depressing story. This story is based around the life of Cadence Sinclair Eastman (or Cady). And let me tell you, Cady has gone through rough things like REALLY rough things. Every summer Cady goes to a private island off the coast of Massachusetts with her mom, two aunts, and three best friends. But one summer she loses some memories and with the help of her three best friends she will discover the truth, no matter how painful it is.

I HATE BOOKS! And that is basically the reason I am making this page. Before you book lovers totally shun me let me explain. I have a love hate relationship with books. I get so into them and feel like I am in a different world, like I am one of the characters in the book. I mean if I'm being totally honest with y'all sometimes there is that one guy that I just fall in love with wishing he would be real. It is an AMAZING feeling. And because of the different world that books make, I love them. But like I said earlier I HATE BOOKS! This is simply because it doesn't last forever. Books are too good and eventually they come to an end. I begin to love the new world I entered but then when you read the last page, it's all over; it's gone. And that is why I hate books the worlds I go into and fall in love with eventually end.

  1. Same! I totally get you. That's why a lot of the time I'm afraid to start books because I know at the end I'll be so sad it's over that it'll hurt too much. I feel ya!
    Love you!
